Today Theatre Under The Stars <\/strong>announced the cast of the brand-new production of Little Shop of Horrors<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLittle Shop of Horrors<\/strong><\/em> is the perfect show for the Halloween season for Houstonians to enjoy,\u201d said TUTS Artistic Director, Dan Knechtges<\/strong>. \u201cIf you were thrilled by Sweeney Todd last year, you\u2019re going to love what we do with Little Shop of Horrors<\/strong><\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leading the cast of Little Shop of Horrors<\/strong><\/em> is Rob Riordan<\/strong> in the role of \u201cSeymour,\u201d and Mary Kate Moore<\/strong> as \u201cAudrey,\u201d joined by Dion Simmons Grier<\/strong> as \u201cAudrey II,\u201d Mark Ivy<\/strong> as \u201cMushnik,\u201d Dan DeLuca<\/strong> as \u201cDentist,\u201d and the Do Wop crew of the century featuring Simone Gundy<\/strong> as \u201cCrystal,\u201d Sarah Sachi<\/strong> as \u2018Ronnette\u201d and Kiara Caridad<\/strong> as \u201cChiffon\u2019.<\/p>\n

Joining them in the ensemble are: John Ryan Del Bosque<\/strong>, Tyler Ray Lewis<\/strong>, Braden Tanner<\/strong>, Glendaliris Torres-Greaux<\/strong> and Holland Vavra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Melissa Rain Anderson<\/strong> will direct the production. She is joined by Choreographer, Monica Josette<\/strong>; Music Director, Dr. John Cornelius<\/strong>; Costume Designer, Colleen Grady<\/strong>; Lighting Designer, John Spencer<\/strong>; Sound Designer, Andrew Harper<\/strong>; and Hair & Makeup Designer, Kelley Jordan<\/strong>. Casting for Little Shop of Horrors<\/strong> is provided by Calleri Jensen Davis Casting<\/strong> and TUTS Associate Artistic Director, Laura Peete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The macabre musical masterpiece created by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken features a 1960s-style rock and roll score and dark humor that will draw you deep into the world of Audrey II, but remember \u2013 don\u2019t feed the plants! Little Shop of Horrors<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0runs October 22 through November 3<\/strong> at Theatre Under The Stars.
