Switch to another performance (within the same show), provided it\u2019s at least 24 hours before<\/strong> your scheduled performance. There are three easy ways to exchange your seats.<\/p>\n

  1. You may exchange seats anytime online by logging into your account<\/a>. Select \u201cSubscriber Exchange\u201d under Upcoming Events, which will allow you to select your preferred performance and seat locations.<\/li>\n
  2. If you would like Guest Services to select your new seats for you, you can make the request in this online form<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. We\u2019re happy to help you with your exchange by phone, Monday through Friday between Noon and 6 p.m. Call Guest Services at 713-558-8887<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note, if your new seats cost more than your original seats, you\u2019ll pay the difference; if they cost less, no refund is given.<\/p>\n
